Amazon's 'Fallout' Series Has Released New Set Photos Of Vault 32, The Show May Take Place In The Mojave

According to a tweet from LoneVaultWanderer, new photos were released of Vault 32, which suggests that the show may take place in the Mojave. The tweet, which was sent out on August 16, appears to later have been flagged by the copyright holder. However, if you look closely, you can still see Vault 32 in the original photo.
It has been known for some time that Fallout would be coming to television. Amazon announced in 2020 that the live-action adaption would be coming to Amazon Prime Video, but little has been said since. Looking at the images before they were taken down, it is clear that Vault 32 will play some type of role. As Vault 34 is located near Nellis Air Force Base in the Mojave wastelands in Fallout New Vegas, one could speculate that Vault 32 and the setting of the upcoming show could be nearby.

The Fallout franchise has been around for over twenty-five years now. The game was first released for PC in 1997, with the sequel following the next year. Fallout 3 then came out in 2008 for PC and consoles. One of the images included a picture of a child’s room which looks similar to the opening scene from Fallout 3.
There are rumors that the show has begun filming in June of this year. This past February, some members of the cast were revealed. They include actors such as Walton Goggins from Ant-Man and the Wasp and Kyle MacLachlan from Twin Peaks. Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan of WestWorld fame are also rumored to be executive producers on the show, with the possibility that Nolan will direct the debut episode.
