The Reveal Trailer For 'Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare II' Just Released
As we get closer to Xbox's showcase this Sunday, it only makes sense that we will see new trailers for multiplatform games releasing this week. Today Activision released the world reveal trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. While subtlety is not the franchise's strong suit this trailer delivers on the hype around the title while not going overboard. The title might confuse fans of the series but it looks like this will be a whole new entry in the series following in the footsteps of the 2019 reboot.
In the trailer, you are treated to a first-person view of falling from a helicopter as the establishing shot. While hanging upside down we see this person open fire on a truck and cut their rope to land on top of another vehicle. The next scene in the trailer is of some of the main characters like Price and Ghost moving in slow-motion, with a voice-over narrating. The narrator explains that the task force got a hit on Hassan, the antagonist of the series. The trailer concludes by showing off various locations the players will find themselves in, no doubt only to show the stunning visuals of the game. The newest entry in the Call Of Duty series is set to release on all platforms on October 28th.
