“You are not alone.”
Sony Santa Monica Studios took to their blog today to update fans on their most anticipated title. Alongside the announcement, the studio also posted a brand new CG trailer. There have been rumors all around the internet about God of War Raganrök getting delayed so it is nice to see the studio disprove the rumors.

While short, the new trailer is something to get excited about. The trailer opens on a snowy cliff, flaming undead soldiers surround Kratos as he cuts them down one by one with Atreus. Then, Kratos gets knocked off the cliff, landing in a dark forest. Glowing undead wandering the forest floor take notice, and Kratos heads off the first one showing off a new folding shield attached to his arm.
As Kratos takes a second to gather himself, an arrow flies into another undead. Atreus has reunited with his father. Kratos’s narrative throughout the trailer then switches to Atreus' voice, showing that maybe he has gotten closer with his father after the events of the first game. As the camera pans up to frame the father-son duo, a giant wolf appears ahead. Our heroes have run into Fenrir.
God of War Raganrök will release on the Playstation 5 and Playstation 4 on the Ninth of November this year.
