Park builder king Frontier Games is the name in the game at the moment. There are others out there like Parkitect, and the old tried and true Roller Coaster Tycoon, but few have the widespread appeal and market dominance that Frontier’s games enjoy.

However, the launch of Planet Coaster 2 has not been as successful as many hoped. The game is fun, especially with the addition of the water park rides and whatnot, but there are still bugs to work out, and they’ve already released a couple of patches to address some of them.

Now, Frontier has released a look at their plans for the game for 2025. The first big update will come in February, and it will include the ability to make custom billboards and speakers, as well as synchronized rides. There are the typical bug fixes as well, and enhancements for guest navigation.

In March, they’ll release another, and this time it will feature improvements to guest movement and ride selection, as well as small details like inflatable deflation. The second installment of stock coasters (blank coasters that aren’t themed so you can customize them) will come as well as further performance issues.

Beyond that, there’s nothing stated, but more information is forthcoming.
