'Andor' Season Two Shooting In Valencia, Spain, Benjamin Bratt Seen On Set
After the surprise success of the first season of Andor, fans are looking forward to the second season. Those who are will likely be excited to hear that filming has currently begun in the Spanish city of Valencia.
A picture of some of the cast and crew was recently shared, and one of the people in the photo is actor Benjamin Bratt. Bratt has a long list of roles he’s played, including Alfredo Garcia (Demolition Man), Captain Ramirez (Clear and Present Danger), Rey Curtis (Law & Order), Lieutenant Ted Santen (Red Planet), Manny (Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs), Eduardo Perez / El Macho (Despicable Me 2), Jonathan Pangborn (Dr. Strange), and more. It is currently unknown which role Bratt will play in the season. The photo also contains director Janus Metz.

As of now, it looks like the historical site “Castell de Xàtiva”, as crew members are currently moving equipment there, and the public is unable to purchase tickets to the site from April 2-6.
Showrunner Tony Gilroy has stated that he expects season 2 to take about the same amount of time to create as season 1. Although no official date has been set, signs point to a late 2024 release. Diego Luna and Stellan Skarsgård are also confirmed to return to their previous roles.
