'Journey To Ahsoka' Premieres On YouTube

Disney has just released a new video about their upcoming show, Ashoka. Journey to Ashoka focuses on actress Rosario Dawson, featuring various clips of her announcement of Ahsoka Tano, as well as clips from Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau discussing the character. Those expecting some new footage will be sorely disappointed, but it’s still interesting to see the hows and whys of the character. As many probably know by now, Ashoka follows the titular character as she investigates an “emerging threat” to the galaxy, after the Fall of the Empire. Who or what is this emerging threat? We believe it to be Grand Admiral Thrawn, making his live-action debut.

Ahsoka is due to be released next month, on August 23, 2023. The show is to comprise eight episodes in total, similar to the Book of Boba Fett. Rosario Dawson is also playing another role in a Disney production, The Haunted Mansion, where she plays Gabbie. That film is due to release later this month, on July 28, a little under a month before the release of Ahsoka. We will provide more news on these productions and more later, but for now, it is time to return to the Unknown Regions of the internet.
