Anaconda is a super soldier for Hydra and has plenty of abilities that make her a difficult villain to face.

Gwendoline Christie has plenty of experience playing a villain in movies, specifically Captain Phasma in Star Wars. She has also acted in many large franchises including The Hunger Games and Game of Thrones. There is definitely a parallel between Anaconda and Phasma that would definitely make her a good fit for Anaconda. She definitely has the skill and range to successfully bring Anaconda to the MCU.

Lena Headey - Lady Death

Death is an entity that was born with the world and embodies decay and destruction. They have the ability to manifest as anything and sometimes will manifest as a female called Lady Death.

Lena Headey is most notably known as Cersei Lannister in Game of Thrones and as Queen Gorgo in 300. She was set to make her MCU debut this year with Thor: Love and Thunder but was removed from the final cut of the movie. Since she was already cast in the MCU and has experience with some big notable roles, there is definitely room for her in the MCU. Lena has a wide range of acting credits that fit the personality of Death, making her a perfect candidate to play this villain in the MCU.

Keanu Reeves - Sentry/Void

The Sentry aka Robert Reynolds is one of the most powerful MCU heroes. He is just a normal guy who becomes a hero. Then, the Void arrives, and he has to fight this inner darkness that surfaces every time he uses his powers.

Keanu Reeves is no stranger to playing some awesome characters on screen. So why not have him play one of the coolest and strongest heroes out there? He is known for playing some extremely strong characters with a dark side like John Wick or Johnny Silverhand. Casting him as the Sentry would be an excellent choice for the MCU and make plenty of fans extremely happy.

Jodie Comer - Mary Walker/Typhoid Mary/Bloody Mary

Mary Walker is the former lover of Daredevil who suffers from dissociative identity disorder (DID). She has three personalities that are all extremely different from each other. One is timid (Mary Walker), one is adventurous (Typhoid Mary), and the last one (Bloody Mary) is brutal. Her multiple personalities make her a difficult character to play on screen and would need a skilled actress to pull this off.

Good thing Jodie Comer is perfect for the role. She is known for playing some strong characters in The Last Duel and Free Guy. Her experience with these roles covers all three personalities of Mary, making her perfect for the role.
