A New DualSense PS5 Controller May Be On Its Way
When it comes to gaming, seeing that dreaded notification pop up that your controller’s battery is low adds to the anxiety that you may be experiencing trying to finish a level, beat a boss, or if you have just started a match online. It may be especially higher in PS5 users, as the DualSense controller is notorious for a short battery life.
That may be changing soon. According to The Verge, a listing was found on Best Buy’s Canadian website for a PS5 DualSense controller, but it has a “V2” in the listing. The description also boasts about a long-lasting battery life of 12 hours, and may even come with a charging dock in the box. An update to the article states that there was a similar listing found on EE’s site, a UK-based store, but the listing was edited and the “V2” is no longer in the heading.
