Disney Releases New 'Loki' Season Two Poster

“T-minus 100,000 minutes,” the Marvel Studios account tweeted with a teaser poster for Loki season two on July 28. Not long after, on July 31, the true poster alongside the trailer for the season arrived. Both have the theming of Loki running, featuring various outfits. For the teaser poster, they were running on a Miss Minutes clock. For the true poster, a spiral winds around a larger Loki as the mini ones run up and down it.
Releasing weekly on Fridays starting October 6, this new season of Loki sees the God of Mischief battling for the soul of the Time Variance Authority. Across the six episodes, he will reunite with Mobius, Hunter B-15, Sylvie, and others, along with a few new characters. Traversing an increasingly dangerous multiverse, Loki will discover the truth of possessing free will and a glorious purpose.

The first season of Loki saw a lot of focus on multiverses, naming the main continuity as the Sacred Timeline, which the Time Variance Authority aims to protect. Anyone from the Sacred Timeline straying from their pre-determined path would be arrested by the TVA and transported to another dimension. By the end of the first season, it is revealed that Kang the Conqueror has been controlling the TVA for his own ends. Now, this second season will deal with the aftermath of those events.
Tom Hiddleston will be joined by Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Wunmi Mosaku, Richard E. Grant, and Ke Huy Quan on this second season of Loki, created and written by Michael Waldron.
