Taylor Swift Tops Weekend Box Office, Edging Out 'Killers Of The Flower Moon'

In addition to selling out every arena she goes to, dating Travis Kelce, and being an absolute queen of current memes, Taylor Swift has yet another accomplishment to add to her recent list. Her concern film The Era’s Tour, remains number one at the box office. This is despite Killers of the Flower Moon, directed by Martin Scorsese, and starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro having its opening weekend.
Killers of the Flower Moon is an epic with a length of over 3 hours, took in $23 million at the domestic box office, and scored 92% on Rotten Tomatoes, all despite the actors involved not being able to promote the film due to the recent strike. Despite this very impressive success, Swift’s concert film gained $31 million domestically, becoming the only concert film in history to repeat at number 1.
