The Main Trailer For 'Dragon Ball DAIMA' Has Dropped

The last and main trailer for Dragon Ball Daima has been released. This time, it features voice acting, including the voices of new characters Glorio (Koki Uchiyama) and Panzy (Fairouz Ai) in addition to what appears to be the new child voice of Kaioshin or “Supreme Kai” (Yumiko Koboyashi). The trailer begins with what seems to be the curse that turned Son Goku and his friends back into children. A conspiracy is said to be brewing in “an unknown world,” and Goku and co are seen going on an adventure in search of the Dragon Balls, hoping to use them to turn back to normal. There, they meet Glorio and Panzy in addition to a whole host of interesting characters. Underscoring this montage is the show’s theme song, “Jaka Jaan,” by German producer and DJ Zedd alongside C & K. The series also has a new tagline, “Welcome to the Demon Realm!”. Lastly, the trailer ends with Super Saiyan Goku firing a Kamehameha.
As the series is said to take place before Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, it is likely that Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, and Super Saiyan 3 will be the only transformations featured. This trailer was well received by fans, and they have taken to breaking down and examining nearly every frame. Some fans have even claimed to have spotted Dragon Ball GT villain Dr. Miyuu, creator of the creature Baby, in one frame. This has not been confirmed, however. What has been confirmed, however, is the show’s premiered. Dragon Ball Daima will premiere on Fuji TV on October 11th at 11:40 JST with a special 40-minute episode. After, the series will continue to air on Friday nights on the network. There is no word on when it will reach the States, but Dragon Ball YouTuber Geekdom101 alleges that the English dub has already begun recording:
